A Little bit about me
About
Hi, Im Phoebe!
I am a yoga teacher who believes yoga should feel welcoming, accessible and human. You shouldn't have to look a certain way, know all the poses or feel completely confident before you begin.
When I began my yoga journey the idea of stepping into a yoga class was very intimidating. When I went to my first class I was so consumed by comparison and anxiety that I couldn't get out of my head and into my body.
I created form and flow because I want you to have a space to practice and learn the foundations without the pressure, so that yoga classes can be a transformative experience for you rather than a stressful one.
My hope is that this course gives you the space to step into the unknown with a little more confidence.
